Sew Fortunate Terms and Conditions of Purchase

- That any product personalization has been approved prior to payment.
- To realize that custom gifts take time and attention to detail, therefore products may take up to 2 full weeks to receive. If product is in stock, we always do our best to get the order to you as soon as possible.
- That during peak holiday seasons, such as back to school, Christmas, Easter, and Mother's day, it may take even longer than the usual 2 full weeks, and the customer will plan to order accordingly. During the Christmas season, customer wishing to receive items by Christmas day should place orders No Later than December 8th. Please Contact us for "Rush" options at a fee.
- To be sure to review all of the Names, spelling, dates, monograms and product options for your order. If you have any question regarding the style of a font, image or thread color choice, please ask prior to purchase.
- To inform Sew Fortunate, via email, if there is a complication (within reason) in the quality of your product within 7 days of receiving it.
- That there are NO returns once a product is embroidered or personalized, unless an error has been made by Sew Fortunate. We will gladly replace your item in this case.
- That all items purchased in the "Fortunate Finds" (Sale) category are non-returnable / non-refundable.
